从事群智能优化算法研究与应用工作。近几年以第一作者在《计算机研究与发展》、《Lecture Notes in Computer Science》、《Journal of System Engineering and Electronics》、《Neurocomputing》等期刊和国际会议上发表论文十余篇，其中4篇被SCI收录，6篇被EI收录。参与国家973、863、国家自然基金、国防十五预研、国防十一五项目7项，其中国防十五预研《复杂信息环境下智能决策融合技术研究》获教育论文
