简介

该专辑于发行首周在美国以9万7千张的唱片销量空降Billboard Hot 200专辑榜第二名，并被认证为金唱片，并在加拿大、英国分别以4万和6万的销量认证为金唱片和银唱片。

其中主打第二单曲《New Americana》打进美国公告牌百强榜Top100位，peak 60，成为她首支打进公告牌的歌曲。

2016年9月7日在美国认证为白金专辑。2017年2月12日，Halsey通过Instagram庆祝专辑在美国地区更新认证为双白金专辑。

专辑单曲

Ghost

Badlands的第一首首单，于2014年10月27日发行。在专辑发行前收入在Halsey的首张EP"Room 93"中。

New Americana

Badlands的第二首首单，于2015年7月10日发行。由Halsey本人以及Larzz Principato，Kalkutta，James Mtume，LIdo一起完成。

Colors

三单于2016年2月9日确定为Colors。MV找来了电视剧<少狼>的男主角Tyler Posey主演，在MV里上演了颠覆思想的一场戏

Castle

四单于2016年4月9日以新编曲版本作为电影<猎神：冬日之战>的主题曲发行，专辑原版的Castle则被美国电视剧"The Royals"、“我是僵尸”以及“The Originals”收入作为插曲。新编曲版本的Castle除了作为猎神的主题曲之外，还被真人秀"Dance Moms"收入作为插曲。
