研究领域
微纳制造,涉及微细电加工工艺与装备、微流控器件、超精密切削加工及其应用。
研究概况
(1)微细电加工工艺与装备在微细电火花加工技术研究上,开发出精密微细电极及高深宽比微细孔的新工艺、基于放电间隙伺服控制实时补偿电极损耗的三维微细电火花伺服扫描加工方法,开发出发动机喷油嘴微细喷孔电火花加工专用机床并实现产业化。在微细电解加工技术研究中,提出多种微细工具电极制备及其侧壁绝缘方法,研发出三电极高频窄脉冲电解加工电源,深入探索涉及加工材料和电解液的加工机理,有望实现约束电场、改善流场、综合提高加工定域性的微细电解加工工艺和装备。
(2)微流体控制器件以微小型泵阀、推进器的研究为起始,提出一种柔性MEMS蒙皮的设计和制作方案,开展了以流体控制为目标的微气泡产生与驻留控制、功能结构设计和蒙皮制作工艺的基础研究。正在开展微流控生物芯片、工业用喷墨打印头的设计制造应用研究。
(3)超精密切削加工及其应用主要进行单点金刚石刀具超精密切削加工系统控制、加工铁基材料时的金刚石刀具减磨机理和方法、光学非球曲面菲涅尔透镜模具的超精密切削加工工艺及其在聚光太阳能发电系统方面的技术应用研究。

2015年度中国机械工业科学技术奖一等奖“高端柴油发动机喷油嘴倒锥形微喷孔电火花加工关键技术及装备” (第一完成人);
