个人简介
1981.9-1985.6：山东大学生物系获学士学位；1987.9-1990.6：北京医科大学获医学遗传学硕士学位；1992.9-1998.6：美国State University of New York at Buffalo获分子药理学Ph.D.；1998-2006：先后在美国Oregon Health & Science University和University of Minnesota stem Cell Institute and Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology做博士后及担任助理教授(tenure track)。

肝脏干细胞
研究工作
细胞治疗是指通过移植相应组织的细胞以修复发生了疾病、衰老或损伤的组织器官，从而更新其生理功能的一种新的治疗方法。干细胞尤其是胚胎干细胞具有可以在体外大量增殖的特性，同时在一定的诱导条件下又可以分化为多种类型的细胞，因此非常有希望成为细胞治疗中的细胞来源。
本人基于以上的出发点，对干细胞向功能性肝脏细胞的分化进行了探索研究。
(1)对血液干细胞逆分化为肝脏实质细胞的功能鉴定。
(2)发现胰腺干细胞具有多能性，能够分化为肝实质细胞。
(3)肝脏原位卵圆形干细胞的分离纯化和移植鉴定。
(4)血液干细胞与肝实质细胞在体内融合，能够使肝实质细胞重编程。
今后，我们将对胚胎干细胞向肝脏细胞的诱导分化做进一步的研究。
