如果是学习书上的知识的话，最好的做法是粗读一遍，刷一遍题，然后细读一遍，一章一章的来，隔个几周复习一遍以前做过的题目。

记忆数字公式或者英文的话，我一般是先尝试背然后尝试默写几遍，在晚上睡觉前不停地在脑子刻画那些公式或者单词，隔几天默写一次加深印象
